Mayor Turner Appoints Will Jones as Interim Finance Director for the City of Houston

June 28, 2022 — Mayor Sylvester Turner announced Tuesday the appointment of Will Jones as interim Finance Director for the City of Houston.

He will replace Tantri Erlinawati-Emo who is leaving municipal government for a role in the nonprofit sector.

Jones is a finance leader with 18 years of experience in budget management, process improvement, financial analysis, and long-range forecasting.

He has served the City of Houston since 2004, most recently as Deputy Director for the Financial Planning and Analysis Division with

River Ridge appoints Staten as new business development

Jun. 28—CLARK COUNTY — The River Ridge Development Authority has appointed Josh Staten as the new director of business development at the commerce park.

Staten has previously served as the City of New Albany’s economic development and redevelopment director. He will begin his new position July 11.

He will work with the RRDA’s partners to lead efforts in marketing, business development and community/economic development coordination, according to a River Ridge news release.
