The only thing that I found could be improved is that their website is only in English and cannot be translated into other languages. Since they provide good services and are the best at trading, I think that is only a minor issue that can be overlooked.
On the main page you see the options of the Trading platform, Education Center, Account Types, and Info, I will go through each one of those. When you go to the trading platform option, you are immediately taken to the page which shows you a very insightful graph along with all the trading options available for you. One thing I was really impressed with was that Arrowteks gives a vast variety of trading options, like, Forex, Commodities, Crypto, Stocks, and Indices. What more could you need? With the graph, there are options too. You can set the graph to your liking as it is customizable. There is a huge variety of chart indicators, four distinct chart types. From Line, OHLC, Spline, Scatter to even Candlestick. Then there is the option of choosing a label. You can pick either circle or rectangle.
The most creative feature that I find very helpful is the current price indicator on the chart. Once you use that you will see how easy and helpful the tool is. On the extreme left side, there are preferences of Trade, positions, closed positions, deposit, funds, account state, setting, and support. Personally, I think the range of eBooks can be a lot more. But the range that they have given is not that bad either. I have also used these eBooks and yes, they were quite good and helpful. They range from basic term eBooks. That means you get to learn the high lingo of the trading world. Which is what I found the most useful for myself. As I am no expert and I always get lost when all these big terms are used regarding the trading world. So, I learned a lot from this particular eBook. Then there is Basic Technical Analysis eBook. As far as my experience with Arrowteks goes, I had no issue with the withdrawal process. They do take some information from you but that is for security and safety and who doesn’t want that for themselves. Withdrawal depends on the methods that you choose. Make sure that your deposit and withdrawal methods are the same, so you don’t face any trouble. Have both withdrawal and deposit methods is the same because it just makes it easier for you. Also, the withdrawal timing might differentiate because of the account you might be using and that is completely normal, so you do not need to worry about it.
